If your health insurance plan covers out-of-network acupuncture treatments, we may be able to submit claims to your provider for you. In order to best serve you, we can verify your insurance benefits before you arrive. In order for us to submit claims for you, you will need to:
(1) have out-of-network acupuncture coverage
(2) have met your annual deductible
(3) be responsible for the balance of our fee, if your provider does not cover the entire cost of a session.
Please note: we do not submit claims for Cigna Health Insurance. However we can collect payment from you at the time of service and give you a receipt for you to submit for possible reimbursement.
